We undertake design and construction of highways and expressways through engineering, procurement and construction (“EPC”) contracts and also develop roads and highways projects, including highways and bridges on hybrid annuity model (“HAM”) basis (the “Annuity Business”), and through our Subsidiaries complete build, operate, transfer (“BOT”) annuity projects under which we receive annuity income. We also undertake design and construction contracts for railways, ropeways and other structural projects.

OUR MANGEMENT
Narayan Singh Rao is one of the Promoters and Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since February 26, 2009. He is responsible for all the strategic decisions and financial matter of our Company. He does not hold any formal education, however, he has passed his higher education from Jawahar Vidyapeeth Uccha Madhyamik Vidhyalaya, Kanood, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India He has over 16 years of experience in the building and construction industry with our Company.
Dilip Singh Rao is one of the Promoters and a Whole-time Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since May 1, 2009. He is responsible for matters related to procurement and implementation of plants and machinery. He holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. He has over 16 years of experience in the building and construction industry with our Company.
Into the 3rd Generation, having qualification of M.B.A. Mr. Ravi Singh Rao is elder son of Mr. Narayan Singh Rao, he is following the path of success on foot print marked by his father, having broad vision and management skills he has involved into the business easily and managing different project efficiently since a decade. He is technology oriented which facilitate him hard work with smart work too. Mr. Ravi is involved in various social activities and fulfilling his social responsibilities towards society very efficiently.
Mr. Prakash Jain is a Non-Executive Director of our company. He is a retired General Manager and Chief Compliance Officer from Bank of Baroda, bringing over 36 years of experience in the banking sector across various senior roles. With a bachelor’s degree in engineering in Agriculture and MBA in Marketing (Gold Medallist) from MLSU University, Mr. Jain has a distinguished career in strategic management and compliance, providing invaluable expertise to our board.
Mrs. Sujata Sharma is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She is also a qualified Insolvency Professional and a Registered Valuer (Securities and Financial Assets). With over 35 years of experience, she has held leadership roles across various sectors, including manufacturing, software, services, and consultancy, with leading MNCs.
Mr. Rajendra Bhatt is an experienced administrative officer with over 30 years in public administration. A former IAS officer, he served in key leadership roles, including District Collector of Dungarpur and Bhilwara, Commissioner of the Devasthan Department, and Divisional Commissioner of Udaipur Zone. Currently, he is the CEO of Vidya Bhawan Society, Udaipur, dedicated to institutional leadership and community development.
